Built on Faith, Family, and Horsepower

Brandon Goodfellow founded Horsepower Haven Outreach inspired by his own life experiences and his faith. He saw an opportunity to bring young men together around something he already loved — cars, engines, and the track — and to surround them with mentors who could model consistency, responsibility, and respect.

The organization takes its name from Brandon’s daughter, Haven — a reminder that at the center of every mentor relationship is the same thing every parent wants for their own child: a safe place to grow.

Today, Horsepower Haven Outreach brings together roughly 8 volunteer mentors and a growing group of young men who meet on Friday evenings at the group’s race shop or at the track. It’s still an early-stage program — but it’s a real one, built one relationship at a time.
